• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

7. Referral Program

MedGyan may offer a referral program that rewards users for inviting others. MedGyan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referrals will result in disqualification and account suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedGyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
